1. Product Nature & Allocation

• The Mystery E-Scooter Box contains one electric scooter selected from our available product range
• All scooters are pre-listed, real products sourced from established manufacturers
• Model allocation is performed using a randomised fulfilment process based on available inventory
• Customers do not select or influence the scooter model received

2. Pricing & Product Value

• Each box is sold with a guaranteed minimum product value of $1,000 AUD or more
• Product value is based on standard retail pricing of listed scooters at the time of sale
• Maximum potential value varies depending on allocated model availability

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Delivery time varies depending on model size, courier handling, and destination
• Estimated delivery timeframe: 5–14 business days after dispatch
• Tracking information is provided once your order is shipped

4. Warranty (12 Months Limited Warranty)

All scooters include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

Covered under warranty:

• Motor failure not caused by misuse
• Controller or electrical system faults
• Battery manufacturing defects (non-user caused)
• Structural or frame defects under normal riding conditions

Not covered under warranty:

• Water damage (unless explicitly rated waterproof by manufacturer and used within stated limits)
• Crash, impact, or accident damage
• Misuse, neglect, or improper operation
• Modifications or aftermarket alterations
• Wear-and-tear items including:
  • Tyres
  • Brake pads
  • Grips
  • Bearings
  • Cosmetic damage

Water Resistance Disclaimer:

Water resistance ratings (if applicable) vary by manufacturer and model. Most high-performance scooters are not fully waterproof and should not be submerged or exposed to heavy rain unless explicitly stated by the original manufacturer specifications.

Warranty claims are assessed based on inspection and reasonable use conditions.

5. Refund & Returns Policy

5.1 Change of Mind

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the allocated model

5.2 Damaged on Arrival (7-Day Policy)

If your item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair under the following conditions:

• You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery
• The scooter must be unused or not ridden extensively
• Proof must be provided, including:
  • Clear photos of packaging
  • Clear photos/video of damage
  • Description of the issue

Once the item has been used extensively, it is considered accepted in working condition unless a manufacturing fault is later identified.

5.3 Approved Outcomes

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• Replacement unit (same or equivalent model)
• Repair service
• Partial refund
• Full refund (rare, case-dependent, typically for severe transit damage)

5.4 Non-Returnable Conditions

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

• Preference for a different model
• Minor cosmetic imperfections from manufacturing
• Damage caused after delivery
• Issues caused by incorrect use or assembly

6. Product Safety & Use

• Scooters are high-performance electric vehicles and must be used responsibly
• Riders must comply with local laws and regulations regarding e-scooter use
• Protective gear is strongly recommended
• Users are responsible for safe operation and maintenance

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Injury or damage resulting from misuse of the product
• Illegal use or operation outside local regulations
• Modifications made after delivery
• Improper maintenance or storage
