Please note that all sales are final once the product has been delivered. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind.
We only accept returns and provide remedies if the item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or develops a genuine manufacturing fault. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately. Our products are fully covered by our 2 Year Warranty. If a product is verified to have a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will repair it, replace it, or offer a full refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds and Resolutions
Once your return is received and inspected by our Australian warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and confirm the assessment. If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
