Shipping Policy

We are committed to getting your new ride to your door as quickly and safely as possible. Because we operate locally, we work hard to ensure a smooth delivery process from our Australian warehouse directly to you.

Processing and Handling

All orders are processed within one to two business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, and we will contact you directly if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times will vary depending on your location across Australia. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey in real time.

Postal Service Delays

While we do everything in our power to get your order out the door immediately, please note that we are not responsible for postal service delays, transit disruptions, or carrier backlogs once the package has left our facility. Delays caused by extreme weather, peak holiday seasons, or courier sorting issues are completely outside of our control, but we will always do our best to help you track down your package if it takes longer than expected.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives with visible physical damage from the transit process, please document it immediately with photos and contact our support team within 24 hours so we can lodge a claim with the courier and arrange a resolution for you under our damage protection policy.
