3. Safety Gear Requirements: Riders must wear an approved, appropriately rated helmet, closed-toe shoes, and protective gear (such as knee and elbow pads) at all times when operating this vehicle.

4. Limitation of Liability: The manufacturer, distributor, and retailers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses arising from the misuse, modification, improper maintenance, or illegal operation of this product.

2-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

We stand behind the quality and engineering of the Mark Zero Titan. This product is backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase.

What is Covered:

• Core Components (24 Months): Frame, deck, stem, folding mechanism, handlebar assembly, and structural welds.
• Electrical Components (12 Months): Lithium-ion battery pack, brushless motors, electronic speed controllers (ESCs), throttle assembly, and LCD/NFC display unit.

What is NOT Covered:

• Wear and Tear Items: Components that naturally degrade through regular use, including tires, inner tubes, brake pads, brake discs, grip tape, and external plastic fairings.
• Water Damage: While the scooter features weather-resistant sealing, internal water damage caused by submersion, riding in torrential rain, or high-pressure washing is not covered.
• Misuse & Modifications: Damage resulting from accidents, stunts, jumping, overloading past the 200 kg limit, or unauthorized aftermarket modifications to the firmware, wiring, or structural components.
• Commercial Use: This warranty applies strictly to private, recreational use and is void if the vehicle is used for commercial rental, delivery services, or fleet operations.
